Those oleander bushes look fine the way they are, unless they're in the way of something.Every time I see that orange stripe along the top of the building, it looks more peculiar. A strange aesthetic choice.
You always have such dramatic skies LOL. The bushes could use a trim, but not too much - just to stay in shape.

What two complete opposites these photos are! Dark sky and fantastic White flowers. Have a great day.
Hopefully they forget to trim those bushes as that is the best looking part of your apartment complex.
