So nice to see some flowers in the desert. Our oleanders are currently dead as my brother decided to leave them in the garden all winter long LOL Poor bastards are dead, I think. They are poisonous, so I don't like them very mucho.
Dramatic dark skies. I remember oleander from when I lived in Florida years ago. I can't believe your complex has something that beautiful. Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com
This is an Award-Free blog. It is a lovely gesture, but I am unable to comply with the terms of the awards so I have made this an Award-Free blog. Thank You for understanding.
Those oleander bushes look fine the way they are, unless they're in the way of something.
ReplyDeleteEvery time I see that orange stripe along the top of the building, it looks more peculiar. A strange aesthetic choice.
They're not in the way but a homeless woman was sleeping behind them last month. The orange stripe just makes me shake my head. It is strange.
DeleteYou always have such dramatic skies LOL. The bushes could use a trim, but not too much - just to stay in shape.
ReplyDeleteThey usually butcher the bushes.
DeleteThe sky is GORGEOUS! Thank you for sharing.
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome.

DeleteI hope that they trim the bushes judiciously and don’t get carried away.
ReplyDeleteI hope so too.
DeleteDoes the oleander bloom all season in your area, or can the trimming job wait until the flowers are gone?
ReplyDeleteit blooms all year round if they don't cut it.

ReplyDeleteThank you. The flowers are very pretty, I hope they leave them there.

DeleteWe love our flowers here at the Kenderosa. Quite a few have flowered already and gone to green. But, the others are still to bloom.
ReplyDeleteI love flowers too when I see them around here.
DeleteDo you want the oleander bushes trimmed or not? I can see both ways being good things.
ReplyDeleteTrimmed would be nice but they usually butcher them and trim them back so they're only about 2 feet tall and the flowers are gone.
DeleteGorgeous sky and loving the flowers :-D
ReplyDeleteThank you.
