About 2 months ago I saw a recipe for these on Fb and decided to try them but I changed the recipe around so it more suited my own taste. My daughter came over for dinner and these were a huge hit with all of us. I'll definitely be making these again.
You will need
1 lb ground chicken
3 TBSP diced Cilantro
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups grated zucchini
2 diced green onions
1/4 tsp Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika
salt and pepper to taste
olive oil 2 teaspoons
Mix together and drop by small spoonfulls into hot olive oil on pan. Fry on each side for 5 minutes. Serve with guacamole dipping sauce.
Recipe for Guacamole
2 ripe avocados
1TBSP lemon juice
1 tsp mayonnaise
salt to taste
Peel the avocados and mash them. Add lemon juice, mayo and salt. Mix well.
This sounds like a great recipe! Especially in the summer when I have lots of zucchini from my garden. :)

If I had a place for a garden, I would have one too.
DeleteThis sounds good!
ReplyDeleteIt really was.
DeleteThat looks yummy! It sounds flavourfull with all those spices. Although I am not sure if it would work as well with vega meat.
ReplyDeleteMight not work with vega meat.
DeleteStill stick to plain old chicken at my sea haha
ReplyDeletelol I know you were going to say that.
DeleteI love all of the recipes you can find on Facebook. :D
ReplyDeleteMe too and this was a huge hit. But I'll have to find another dipping sauce since my allergy to avocado got worse recently.
DeleteYou're killing me! That sounds really good. Thanks for sharing, Mary!
