I was wondering how this tasted since I love cheesecake and didn't feel like spending more than an hour making one. So for $4 Ken brought this home and it was really easy to make.
You add a couple of tablespoons of melted butter and sugar to the graham cracker crumbs and press in the bottom of the pan. Then mix the cheesecake mix with 2 cups of milk and beat with a mixer for 5 minutes and pour over the crust. Then you just refrigerate for an hour and add the topping.
The strawberry topping is in a foil pouch and you just pour it on top and then it's ready to cut and eat. I have to say it was a lot better than I thought it was going to be, in fact it was really tasty.
Have you ever tried this? Would you?
Easy and tasty are two wins indeed
ReplyDeleteIt was good. Hubby really liked it.
DeleteGlad you posted this, because I always wondered if it was any good, and as simple as it looked. Now I can grab a few boxes. Hugs...
ReplyDeleteOh good, it was quite good.
DeleteThese are good. I've made up the minis in muffin cups when I needed to put together something quick for a family party and everyone thought I'd made them from scratch.
ReplyDeleteThat's awesome! Love that idea.
DeleteI am lactose intolerant, so I wonder if it's dairy free?
ReplyDeleteI wonder if you use lactose free milk to make it if that be help.
DeleteI have had this before, not bad for a quickie dessert! I have made it in a bowl for dipping graham crackers in at parties.
ReplyDeleteThat's a good idea.
DeleteI never had it before
