Just Checking In



I'm sure by now most of you have heard about the shooting that took place here in Las Vegas last night. If not here's the story. 

Since most of you know that I live in Las Vegas, I just wanted to check in and let everyone know that my family and I are all alright. My daughter's ex (my grandsons dad) was on The Strip last night but not at the concert and he's fine, he saw people running and the police all over the place. I'm sure it was pure chaos down there at that time.

    Glad all is okay with you and your family. One of our cat blogging pals got a call in the middle of the night from her daughter who was in Vegas and at the concert. They were fine, thank goodness.

    One of my husband's co-workers was at concert. Is having trouble getting home, but is ok. What a nightmare for your city, Mary. Glad your family is safe.

    What a terrible tragedy. Having lived in Southern Utah for a decade, in which I was often in Vegas, I feel close to that city. Prayers for everyone who lost loved ones and for those who are striving to recover. I am glad to hear that you are okay.
