So a funny thing happened earlier this month. I ordered some paper products online from Walmart and when the box came it was beat up pretty badly. But imagine my surprise when I opened it and didn't find paper products.
Inside the box was 6, gallon size bottles of All laundry detergent.
So I called Walmart's customer service and told them I was sent the wrong items. They resent all the items I had originally ordered and told me I could keep the laundry detergent. Now I have enough laundry detergent for a long time (the rest of my life) lol.
I have to say that any time I've called Walmart's customer service with an order problem, they get it fixed really fast so at least that's a good thing. But imagine my surprise when I opened that box. lol
That is really impressive customer service. We all make mistakes, but they fixed theirs in a truly classy way.

DeleteI don't think much of Walmart's packaging! But how lucky for you that they didn't quibble their error and you get to keep all that detergent. I hope your store cupboard is big enough?!

DeleteWow, that's a nice bonus! I think these warehouse people are over-tired/over-worked. I've had both Target online & Amazon mess up my orders recently. Sending me double the amount of product that I actually ordered.
ReplyDeleteI've had quite a few mess ups and usually they will resend the right thing you ordered without much hassle but this is the first time I've gotten something so wrong from what I've ordered.
