Favorite Picture of the Week
Tumbleweeds?
It was windy a few days ago and I spotted this rolling across the parking lot and stop right here. It's pretty big and Falcor wouldn't get anywhere near it.
We have a dog in our neighborhood who freaks out if someone eaves their bin in a different area. He'll bark and runaway from it until someone moves it to where it's supposed to be. We call him "the Freak Show". :)
This is an Award-Free blog. It is a lovely gesture, but I am unable to comply with the terms of the awards so I have made this an Award-Free blog. Thank You for understanding.
I don't blame him. It seems that no matter how I try to avoid them when I'm driving, they seem to get lodged against the car!
ReplyDeleteIt would be weird to see a bunch of these outside all at once.
DeleteWow.
ReplyDeleteThat looks a bit like a huge hairball. Urk.
lmao it sure does.
DeleteHa! I thought it was an animal!

DeleteSurely tumbleweed?
ReplyDeleteYeah, a tumbleweed. I hardly ever see them here.
Deletehaha is it a sign of the town turning into a ghost town?
ReplyDeleteWith several million of us here, I doubt it.
DeleteI could see why that one's size would unnerve little Falcor. :)
ReplyDeleteHe growled at it. lol
DeleteI didn't think Vegas had tumbleweeds. Not something we see around here.
ReplyDeleteI sure don't see them often.
DeleteIf I remember correctly, tumbleweeds are not even native to the West, but they can be found most everywhere in the arid regions.

ReplyDeleteThat's kinda funny.
DeleteLol, in the small pic before I clicked into the post this looked like one of your rat pics. I wonder what Falcor thinks it is?
ReplyDeletelol He thought it was a monster, I'm guessing.
DeleteIt looks big enough to swallow Falcor lol

ReplyDeleteI bet. lol
DeleteWell you do live in the desert.
ReplyDeleteTrue. lol
DeleteWow, that's pretty cool! That would scare my puppy though. She barks at anything out of the norm.
ReplyDeleteSo does Falcor.
