So I got a Snuggle Bear for Falcor. He loves stuffed animals and when I say loves, I mean he loves to tear them apart and destroy them. I thought you all would find this as funny as I did. This look pretty much says it all. "I will destroy you."
Test bite. Gimme the bear.
I smell that sweet, sweet stuffing and want to rip it all out.
You're mine now, buddy.
He threw it around, shook it and then started biting and tearing at the face.
Within 20 minutes, the nose was gone, and so was one of the eyes. Then he started chewing the mouth off.
It only took 30 minutes to start seeing stuffing. Don't worry, he spits out everything he chews or pulls off of the toys. Always has.
It's stuffing time!
Within 45 minutes from the time he got the bear, this is what happened. LOL
Ok Mom, you may clean up my mess. I'm done for now.
He went back at it about an hour later and got most of the stuffing out. Now he has another faceless, stuffingless bear to play with. He just loves tearing toys up.
The scary stuff(ing) of nightmares LOL
ReplyDeleteHe's a killer. lol
DeleteYou must work through dog toys at quite a rate. Maybe you can get one of those free-sample deals on them.
ReplyDeleteI usually get the Kong toys that he can chew but not destroy too easily. Every once in a while I'll get him a stuffed animal he can chew through.
DeleteA total killer...
ReplyDeleteHe definitely is.
DeleteHi, Mary!
ReplyDeleteThis is my first time seeing your dog Falcor. I love dogs and miss my Toto, a black female Cocker Spaniel. She died in 2013. (In memory of Toto I created the character Toto Moto, Chief Petting Officer and blog mascot at Shady's Place. Toto is pictured in my right sidebar.)
Toto loved her plush stuffed toys as much as your Falcor and attacked them with the same vigor, chewing off ears, lips, legs and whatever else she could get her jaws on as she feverishly worked her way to the fluffy center. Most toys that came with a squeaker inside were dead silent an hour after meeting Toto. :) Thanks for sharing this funny series of pictures showing your cute rascal Falcor in action!
Ok, I saw that picture on your blog. So sorry for your loss.
DeleteFalcor loves tearing these things apart. He has so much fun doing it.
Snuggles, no!
ReplyDeleteToo funny. And they are pretty much the same color, aren't they?
Yeah they are.
DeleteMy floor is almost always covered with stuffing. They love to grab a toy and play tug with it so that it rips open or they enjoy ripping it open to find the squeaker which we promptly take away. Fun times!
ReplyDeleteThey just love tearing the stuffing out of toys.
DeleteYou may have to limit your purchases of stuffed animals to buys at the resale shops.
ReplyDeleteI usually buy Kong toys which are harder for him to destroy but once in a while I get him a stuffed animal
DeleteI wonder why he likes to do that?
ReplyDeleteI have no idea but he has so much fun doing it.
DeletePoor Snuggle bear. Falcor is a beast lol!
ReplyDeleteHe really is.
DeleteBoth of them are so cute! But i think Falcor Jealoused it and result was bad.
ReplyDeleteCould be.
DeleteFalcor is one tough guy. :)
ReplyDeleteHe loves to tear things up. Good thing he doesn't tear up my pillows anymore.
DeleteHe looks like he was having such fun! I miss the days when my dog played with her toys. She doesn't do it any more now that she's older.
ReplyDeleteHe's 7 years old now and still plays like a puppy.
DeleteThey match. So cute.
ReplyDeleteThanks.
Delete:D So funny! He's one tough little dog to take out a stuffed bear like that.
ReplyDeleteHe just loves to chew. When we first got him he destroyed 2 pillows, 2 pairs of shoes, several dog toys, a purse and a blanket. Thankfully now he knows just to chew on his toys.
DeleteLOL Falcor is the cutest, funniest dog!
ReplyDeleteHe's definitely a goofy dog.
DeleteThat bear sure didn't last long, but it looks like Falcor had fun with it at least.
ReplyDeleteHe had a lot of fun.
DeleteWay to go Falcor, you're a destuffing pro!
ReplyDeleteThat he is.
DeleteHa! 😆
ReplyDelete:)
DeleteNo bear is safe
ReplyDeleteNot here. lol
DeleteOh man, he's definitely got the terrier instinct in him. He has a nice human who gives him a bear to rag out. :)
ReplyDeleteDefinitely. He just loves tearing the stuffing out of these toys.
DeleteThis was just so much fun to see unfold lol
ReplyDeleteI'm glad it was a fun post for you. lol
DeleteHaha, adorable ;)
ReplyDeleteThank you.
DeleteThis was fun. 45 minutes? He's got expensive habits LOL.
