Favorite Song of the Week
I listen to a lot of different kinds of music so I thought I would share a song that you might not have heard. I hope you enjoy this one. I love their voices, they fit together so seamlessly.
Symphonic power metal is one of my favorite types of music, dear friend. In my personal collection, I have quite a few CDs released in the 21st century by U.S. and Euro bands of the genre including Epica featuring the operatic siren Simone Simons. The band Kamelot is based right here in my area, Tampa, FL, and yet I never heard of them. Norwegian singer Roy Khan was lead vocalist for Kamelot at the time this song, "The Haunting (Somewhere in Time)," was recorded for release on the band's 2005 album The Black Halo.
Thanks for posting this exciting collaboration, dear friend Mary, and have a great weekend!
This is an Award-Free blog. It is a lovely gesture, but I am unable to comply with the terms of the awards so I have made this an Award-Free blog. Thank You for understanding.
