Favorite Song of the Week
Sorry today's post was late. I kinda forgot. My brother is having surgery in a couple of days and I forgot to do a few blog posts. You may have already heard of Lindsay Sterling but if you haven't I hope you like this song.
Yessum, I started looking for this post at 5 am. :) I'm happy that you gave us a musical treat to savor. Yessum, I am familiar with Lindsey Stirling. I discovered her a few years ago and posted one or two of her songs at that time. She is a true artist and an edgy one. Her videos are lavish productions with amazing costumes and mind boggling imagery. I also know Lzzy Hale, frontwoman of the hard rock & metal band Halestorm. Did you know that Lzzy and her band come from my neck of the woods - Red Lion, PA? That's very close to York where I lived the first half of my life. Mrs. Shady #1 attended Red Lion H.S.
I thoroughly enjoyed this collaborative song and video. I also want to wish your brother well. I hope his upcoming surgery is problem free and leads to a speedy recovery.
Have a nice Saturday and I'll see you tamale, dear friend Mary!
May your Brother's Surgery go Well. I just found out my Brother is having Surgery too, to have his Morphine Pump Battery replaced, which has to happen every five years. Usually a person does not have to get it done so often in their Lifetime when Terminally Ill, but he's outlived his various 'Expiration Dates' they gave him, so this is the 3rd replacement since he's apparently got more Lives than a Cat! He just got over The Rona, his Docs thought he was a Goner getting that on top of everything else and wouldn't Hospitalize him for it, tho' they should have, since he wasn't viable and they're on Crisis Standard of Care. Well, he pulled thru once again, Bless him.
This is an Award-Free blog. It is a lovely gesture, but I am unable to comply with the terms of the awards so I have made this an Award-Free blog. Thank You for understanding.
