We had a storm blow through on Sunday night of last week. You can see on the left hand side the rain was really coming down and there were some really dark clouds. It was still 105F but it rained a little and made it humid too. Some places around Las Vegas got a lot of rain, we just got a little where I live.
Wow. Sigh about the increased humidity though.
ReplyDeleteit lasted 2 days. I didn't like it.
DeleteA little humid is better than the lot of humid where I live. How often do you get storms?
ReplyDeleteWe mostly get storms during monsoon season which is from June through September.
DeleteThat's curious, sort of a hole in the middle of all the grey.
ReplyDeleteYeah it was interesting.
DeleteI don't love humidity, but I do love a good rainstorm. Wish we'd get a few more of them this summer.
ReplyDeleteI hope we do too.
DeleteOne feels cheated, somehow - dark clouds, but little or no rain. The picture, however, is a good one!
ReplyDeleteThank you.
DeleteOminous
ReplyDeleteIt did look that way.
DeleteGorgeous sky!
ReplyDeleteThank you.
DeleteSuch a cool photo!
ReplyDeleteThank you.
DeleteNice capture, Mary. Stay cool!
ReplyDeleteThank you I will try it's still pretty darn hot here.
DeleteSo ominous. I love a dark, rainy sky!
ReplyDeleteThank you I do too.
DeleteI like the photograph.
ReplyDeleteWish you could have more rain and less humidity.
All the best Jan
