Since I didn't receive any freebies or samples this week I thought I would just post a few cloud pictures today. It went from 60's F and cloudy to 78F and very sunny this week. Soon it will just stay sunny and hot for a few months.
One morning it was looking like rain and we did get a few sprinkles but it was just so cloudy. You can't even see the mountains.
It was nice and cool, cloudy and the sun was no where to be seen. My favorite kind of day.
The next day when the clouds had moved out, I spotted some snow on the mountains. I doubt I'll be seeing that again anytime soon.
Looks like some ominous blanket of sinister origin LOL
ReplyDeleteYeah it kinda does.
DeleteWild to think the mountains got snow but you are just too low in elevation to get any.
ReplyDeleteYeah, I see snow on the mountains all around me but we hardly ever get any here in Vegas.
DeleteLooks like snow clouds to me!
ReplyDeleteWell there was snow on the mountain after that.
DeleteLooks nice. Thicker than the clouds we've had where I live.
ReplyDeleteThanks.
DeleteNice
ReplyDeleteYikes - what a blanket of clouds. And snow in Vegas!
ReplyDeleteIt was very cloudy.
DeleteWe've had a story few days here in South Texas, too. 3.5 inches of rain yesterday alone!
ReplyDeleteOh wow, that's a lot.
DeleteIn Vegas, it is a great treat to have cloud cover, rain and snow. :)
ReplyDeleteIt sure was.
DeleteAs much as I don't love the cold, rainy winter out here - I do love winter clouds. They just kind of hang low in the trees and create cool, moody layers.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy before your heat comes back lol
Oh I;m hanging on to every bit of cool air I can before the heat beats down on our heads.
DeleteWe reached 68 this week in Salt Lake, which is such a great temp., but we'll be back down in the 40s next week.
ReplyDeleteWe're supposed to be in the 60's all week now.
DeleteSome very dramatic clouds you've had! It's usually rainy over here in Cornwall this time of year, but we've had some pretty excellent weather this past week. Just dry enough to enjoy a few pockets of sun without overheating--lol!
ReplyDeleteNot overheating is good.
DeleteWhen I first say little doggy. I thought someone was walking a deer.
ReplyDeletelmao
DeleteYou sure have some interesting cloud formations out that way.
ReplyDeleteWinter time brings some great cloud cover.
DeleteHaving lived in that region, I know how rare a cloudy day can be (and when you get a couple back-to-back, it seems oppressive)
ReplyDeleteI love days like this. It's the bright, sunny days that I don't like.
Deletevery dark clouds rolling up
ReplyDeleteThey looked crazier than they were.
DeleteNice view of the mountains. It's grey and rainy here, but only in the 40s/50s
ReplyDeleteThanks, enjoy the cool temps.
DeleteThose are some cloudy days, especially when you couldn't even see the mountains and then there was some snow on them the next day.
ReplyDeleteThe mountains get covered by the clouds all the time, it's nice when it happens.
DeleteYour cloud pictures are amazing!
ReplyDeleteIt's cool how clouds can hide the mountains one day and reveal snow the next.
Happy Sunday, Mary!
Thank you.

Thank you.
DeleteThanks for sharing these cloudy views.
ReplyDeleteNice to see the snow in your last picture.
All the best Jan
Thanks. I doubt we'll see snow again for a while.
DeleteWow....thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome.
DeleteThose are my favorite kinds of days too, but I love when the rain storms come with those clouds.
ReplyDeleteI do too.
