Snow was falling in the mountains and you can actually see it falling from the clouds. We did not get any snow here in the city even though it doesn't look that far away. But we did have rain one day as I told you on Sunday.
Cool. We never think of snow in Nevada.
ReplyDeleteThe mountains and higher elevations get a lot of snow. We have a Ski area in Lee Canyon.
DeleteFrustrating to see it in the mountains but not falling where you live.
ReplyDeleteI like that I can see it far away and don't have to deal with it here.
DeleteThat's amazing to see that in the distance.
ReplyDeleteI thought so too.
DeleteVery cool picture, but I’ve had it with the snow and ice this year.
ReplyDeleteNo snow where I live. I can appreciate it from a far.
DeleteHow beautiful to see that! We still have snow here and it will stay on the ground until we are above freezing.
ReplyDeleteHaving to deal with snow would be weird, seeing how we don't get any very often.
DeleteI've seen snow coming many times but that photo is so atmospheric-nice capture. Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com
ReplyDeleteThank you so much.
DeleteCool pic. Last week we had snow falling while the sun was shining through the clouds in places. It was weird.
ReplyDeleteThat does sound weird.
DeleteThat's a very dramatic photo. Has the snow ever reached the city? The mountains look far away.
ReplyDeleteAbout once every 8 years since I've lived here we get a couple of inches of snow in the city.
DeleteThat is a stunning and dramatic Photo. I just Love when low hanging Mist and Clouds shroud a Mountain Range. It's gonna get to 90 this Week, the earliest ever... usually it's the last days of March or early April before it hits 90... gonna be a Hot, Hot Summer.
ReplyDeleteIt was nearly 70 today. I hope we don't get high temps too early.
DeleteYou should have went up skiing LOL
ReplyDeleteAnd break a leg? lol No thanks.
DeleteNeat that southern Nevada is getting snow. Hopefully, you'll have a pretty blanket of it on your mountains for a bit.
ReplyDeleteI still see while mountains here so it should stay for a while.
DeleteThat's a very beautiful image. I like the mountain in the background.
ReplyDeleteThank you.
DeleteGood photo! I can see the snow coming down, I think, though it's far away.
ReplyDeleteYeah it would take about 30 minutes driving to get to these mountains.
DeleteIt's so cool to see snow on distant mountains. It reminds us that it's winter.
ReplyDeleteThat it does.
DeleteCool
ReplyDeleteGreat snow photo ~ thanks,

Thank you.
DeleteThat's such a cool photo!
ReplyDeleteThank you, I appreciate it.
DeleteI don't get to see mountains often, but when I do they always look much closer than they actually are.
ReplyDeleteYes, these mountains are about a 30 minute drive away.
DeleteIt's nice to see snow off in the distance! I love Del Taco and we don't have any in my area anymore.
ReplyDeleteI like having the stores and fast food so close I can walk to them if I want some once in a while.
DeleteNature is grand! I quite like your photo.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much.
DeleteI am always delighted when I can see different weather nearby. Here I am, clear skies, but it's snowing over there.
ReplyDeleteYes, I like that too.
