6 Ingredient Dinner Rolls
With Thanksgiving coming up in the US soon, I thought I would share my recipe for dinner rolls. These come out crumbly not flaky. If you've ever used Bisquick to make biscuits, these come out that texture. There is no yeast, no kneading or rising. Just mix everything together and bake. But they are so good and the easiest dinner roll/biscuits I've ever made.
You will need:
2 cups flour
·
2 tsp baking powder
·
2 tsp of salt
·
1 cup milk
·
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 TBSP sugar
What to do:
Preheat oven to 350 F
Mix all the ingredients together. Liberally grease 8 muffins tins. Make you grease really well because they will stick. You can use muffin liners if you like.
Fill all the way to the top, I like to have a little bit of a muffin top on my dinner rolls. If you want smaller dinner rolls, fill each tin to about 3/4 full.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a fork comes out clean when you check them.
Each dinner roll is about 350 calories and 60 carbs.
