I know you were expecting a Freebie Friday post but I didn't receive any freebies this week. So I thought I would share this delicious recipe for mini chocolate pudding pies that I made.
You will need:
Keebler Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crust
1box of Jell-O Sugar Free Pudding Mix
1 can of Sugar Free Reddi Whip
What To Do:
Make the pudding according to the package directions. I made mine with 2% milk. Let chill in the refrigerator for an hour.
Preheat oven to 350F, place 1 pie crust on a cookie sheet and bake for 5 minutes. Do not over bake. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
When you're ready to assemble one, add about 1/2 cup of the pudding mixture to the crust and top with 2 TBSP of Reddi Whip.
These crusts are ready to eat and you totally don't have to bake it for 5 minutes but I liked it a little crunchier. You can remove the crust from the tin before you assemble it if you like but it came out easy after I added the pudding also.
We don't have those products here - but it looks delicious.
ReplyDeleteThank you.
DeleteI’m shocked you received no freebies! Has that ever happened before?
ReplyDeleteOh yeah. It's happened before.
DeleteYummy!
ReplyDeleteIt's so good.
DeleteSounds pretty good!
ReplyDeleteIt's chocolate...so of course I'd eat it. ;D
ReplyDeleteRight? lol
DeleteI could eat that whole thing...if I could only have dairy.
ReplyDeleteOh, no dairy? Oh that's too bad. Dang.
DeleteIn a heartbeat.
ReplyDeleteYou should try it for sure.
DeleteI imagine it is super fun getting free food samples. I don't know how I'd eat them as I've put myself on a Gluten Free diet two weeks ago and don't plan to eat anything with wheat ever again LOL I've lost 3 kg already.
ReplyDeleteGood luck with your new diet.
DeleteLook yummy!
ReplyDeleteIt was really good.
DeleteThis sounds good and easy to make too. I don't think they sell small pie crusts like that over here, they look so handy.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely easier than trying to make the crusts myself.
DeleteSo cute and quick! I might try this with my own graham cracker crust. 😊
ReplyDeleteGreat idea.
DeleteOh... I could try with banana pudding!
ReplyDeleteOh that would be good.
DeleteId try it 😊
