Favorite Picture of the Week
This was around 2PM and it was this dark. The sun was trying to come out from behind those clouds but it wasn't going to happen. We didn't get any rain but it sure was nice and cool.
Must be a relief. Clouds can certainly make things dark -- that happens a lot up here. But most people elsewhere in the country don't think of Las Vegas as cloudy.
That picture. That's grim looking, all right. So different from our ready-to-snow skies (we are under a winter storm warming starting in less than an hour) plus, ha ha, no palm trees either. I loved it! P.S. there is a weekly blog hop run by "Yogi" called SkywatchFriday and I think they would love that picture, if you are interested. You can check my Friday blog posts for the link if you are, and there are simple rules on Yogi's website Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com.
This is an Award-Free blog. It is a lovely gesture, but I am unable to comply with the terms of the awards so I have made this an Award-Free blog. Thank You for understanding.
