Freebie Friday!
Welcome to another weekly Freebie Friday post, where I tell you what free samples and full-sized products I received in the mail and how you can get them too. Someone asked me why I do a "Freebie Friday" each week, so I'll tell you.
A while back I listed all the free samples and wins that I had received that previous year and so many people didn't believe that I could have gotten so many free things. I decided to prove it by taking a picture every week and sharing the sites that I found the links to the freebies at. So now you too can get great free samples coming to your mailbox each week.
You can find links to great samples at Hey It's Free and Freebie Shark.
I cashed out my points on a survey site for a $10 Amazon gift card.
I'm saving all my Amazon gift cards for Christmas next year. lol That worked out well for me this year so I'm doing it again.
Did you receive any freebies this week?

Good idea to save them, Mary.
ReplyDeleteThank you.
DeleteThat will put you money ahead when it comes time to buying a gift next year.
ReplyDeleteIt absolutely will.
DeleteI got a box of salad and 4 yogurts for free at my grocery store. I guess it was my holiday reward.
ReplyDeleteThat's a good freebie.
DeleteNice idea, Mary.
ReplyDeleteThank you.
DeleteI recently cashed out some grocery store points for an Amazon card too, plus was able to use a discounted number of points, so extra bonus! Great idea to save up your freebie Amazon cards for Christmas use -- a painless way to save!
ReplyDeleteThat's awesome.
DeleteIf I shop on the right day and spend $50, I get a $10 coupon to apply to a subsequent purchase. And then I can use it on the next seniors day and also save 20% in addition to the $10 card.
ReplyDeleteThat's really good.
DeleteI need to get on this bandwagon
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely. I saved enough this year just doing surveys to buy a new laptop.
DeleteWhat a good idea to save up your gift cards like that. :D
ReplyDeleteThank you.
DeleteThat's a great idea. I usually save my credit card rewards all year for gift cards for Christmas, too.
ReplyDeleteI did that too!
DeleteMy late childhood best friend was big into couponing and freebies. She did really very well for herself.. I did a little bit when I was much younger, but haven’t been a long time. Enjoy your freebies! Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com
ReplyDeleteThank you.
DeleteNo freebies for me. Did you know there are now walking apps that track your steps that get you gift cards?
ReplyDeleteYes! I have one on my phone.
Delete"I'm saving all my Amazon gift cards for Christmas next year. lol That worked out well for me this year so I'm doing it again."
ReplyDeleteCan you spend them all at the same time?
Yes, you just apply them to your Amazon account as you get them, let them sit there until you want to use them and then you can use it all at once if you want to.
DeleteNice! I earned two cards this week that I am using for Christmas, too.
ReplyDeleteThat's great.
DeleteYour cards are like a Christmas club. Remember those?
ReplyDeleteYes I do.
DeleteGift cards area always a good idea!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely.
DeleteI'm a freebie and contest person, too. I cashed in points for a gift card and won a book in an Instagram contest. Instagram has been really good for me this year. Four wins this year. :)
ReplyDeleteOh that's awesome. I won a few from Instagram too this year.
DeleteGood thinking to save all the gift cards for next December.
ReplyDeleteIt worked out well this year.
DeleteNo freebies for me lately
ReplyDeleteMaybe next week you will.
DeleteSmart saving up your Amazon GCs! I need to find a strategy like that.

ReplyDeleteYes it is.
DeleteVery smart idea, dear Mary. 😊
