Those oleander bushes look fine the way they are, unless they're in the way of something.
ReplyDeleteEvery time I see that orange stripe along the top of the building, it looks more peculiar. A strange aesthetic choice.
They're not in the way but a homeless woman was sleeping behind them last month. The orange stripe just makes me shake my head. It is strange.
DeleteYou always have such dramatic skies LOL. The bushes could use a trim, but not too much - just to stay in shape.
ReplyDeleteThey usually butcher the bushes.
DeleteThe sky is GORGEOUS! Thank you for sharing.
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome.
DeleteWhat two complete opposites these photos are! Dark sky and fantastic White flowers. Have a great day.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much.
DeleteHopefully they forget to trim those bushes as that is the best looking part of your apartment complex.
ReplyDeleteHa! It really is.
Deletethose are very gorgeous flowers!!
ReplyDeleteI love the flowers too. I hope they don't butcher them.
DeleteI would hope maintenance doesn't trim those oleander bushes. They look beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI guess we'll see what they do this year. They usually butcher them.
DeleteI hope the oleander bushes aren't massacred. They look lovely.
ReplyDeleteI hope so too, at least I got a nice picture of them.
DeleteBeautiful flowers!
ReplyDeleteThank you.
DeleteI don't think I've ever seen oleander!
ReplyDeleteGreat clouds.
The oleander can get really big.
DeleteInteresting sky at sunset and a great show of white in the last photo, Mary.
ReplyDeleteThank you.
DeleteI hope that they trim the bushes judiciously and don’t get carried away.
ReplyDeleteI hope so too.
DeleteDoes the oleander bloom all season in your area, or can the trimming job wait until the flowers are gone?
ReplyDeleteit blooms all year round if they don't cut it.
DeleteCool sky. The bushes look very healthy!
ReplyDeleteThank you. The flowers are very pretty, I hope they leave them there.
DeleteI love that dramatic sky pic! Needs some ominous music… 🎶
ReplyDeleteThank you. Yes, some ominous music would be great.
DeleteA dramatic sky and some gorgeous blooms. Thanks for sharing, Mary!
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome.
DeleteThe oleanders are gorgeous! Hope they don't trim them.
ReplyDeleteI hope not either.
Deletelovely
ReplyDeleteThanks.
DeleteWe love our flowers here at the Kenderosa. Quite a few have flowered already and gone to green. But, the others are still to bloom.
ReplyDeleteI love flowers too when I see them around here.
DeleteDo you want the oleander bushes trimmed or not? I can see both ways being good things.
ReplyDeleteTrimmed would be nice but they usually butcher them and trim them back so they're only about 2 feet tall and the flowers are gone.
DeleteGorgeous sky and loving the flowers :-D
ReplyDeleteThank you.
DeleteThese are gorgeous, Mary!!!
ReplyDeleteThank you.
DeleteBoth photos are beautiful.
ReplyDeleteThank you.
DeleteWe don't have those flowers here. They are lovely.
ReplyDeleteThank you.
DeleteThe Oleander is so lush and full. Pretty!
ReplyDeleteI like it when they let them get big like this.
DeleteThe flowers are gorgeous What an amazing sky and it probably didn't rain. :)
ReplyDeleteNot a drop of rain.
DeleteBoth are stunning
ReplyDeleteThank you.
DeleteThe Oleander looks so pretty!
ReplyDeleteThank you.
DeleteSo nice to see some flowers in the desert. Our oleanders are currently dead as my brother decided to leave them in the garden all winter long LOL Poor bastards are dead, I think. They are poisonous, so I don't like them very mucho.
ReplyDeleteYes, they are poisonous, but I don't plan on eating them. lol They are pretty.
DeleteA dramatic looking sky.
ReplyDeleteThe Oleander bushes look very nice.
All the best Jan
Thank you.
DeleteLove the sky photo and the flowery bushes!
