DeleteHi, Mary!
ReplyDeleteI have referred to Motionless In White several times here at Dark Thoughts because I like them and have their albums in my collection. The guys are from the my old stomping ground (generally) - Scranton, PA, home of Dunder Mifflin Paper Co. :)
"Werewolf" is a song from the 2022 M.I.W. album Scoring the End of the World, a set that has received favorable reviews, some critics calling it the band's best album to date. "Werewolf" is more of a fun pop rock song than a heavy, menacing metal anthem. Wiki states: It features "synth-pop and electropop influences and has drawn comparisons to the horror theatrics of Ice Nine Kills." The song contains a sample/interpolation of Rockwell's Twilight Zoneish 1984 hit "Somebody's Watching Me." The "Werewolf" video, which dropped last Halloween, is very nicely produced and is a hoot to watch. The blonde model looks exactly like Jackie Evancho, but I seriously doubt it is her.
Thanks for posting another great song and video, dear friend Mary. I'll be back to see you tamale for an update on your neighborhood. Enjoy your weekend!
