Wow - that is dark and ominous. I am sorry that no rain fell though.
ReplyDeleteI really thought we would get some.
DeleteHi, Mary!
ReplyDeleteThreatening skies that were just bluffing again, dear friend? That seems common out your way. Fortunately, our rainy season will soon get underway, and when it does, it will rain practically every afternoon or evening for months. Yesterday, the Florida peninsula was under a "Red Flag" warning, meaning warm temperatures, very low humidity, and stronger winds combining to produce an increased risk of fires.
Enjoy the rest of your week and I'll see you on the weekend, dear friend Mary!
Wow, that's a lot of rain you guys get.
DeleteJust the threat of rain...
ReplyDeleteYeah, just a threat.
DeleteOminous
ReplyDeleteI thought it looked cool and it kept the temps down so there was that.
DeleteI wonder if the rain falls somewhere else before it gets to you. You often have scary clouds, it seems, but little real rain!
ReplyDeleteIt probably did.
Deletewow great pic
ReplyDeleteThank you.
DeleteAn awesome looking sky even if it didn't rain.
ReplyDeleteThank you, I thought so too.
DeleteToo bad they didn't pour for you, but yes, nice and ominous looking.
ReplyDeleteAt least we got some cloud cover.
DeleteI just love those type of days!!! LOL
ReplyDeleteI do too.
DeleteYes, the sky sure is a bit creepy looking!
ReplyDeleteYes it was.
Deleteit is amazing how the sky can get dark out west and if there is any rain, it doesn't make it to the group.
ReplyDeleteI love the Winter months for this reason.
DeleteWe had some heavier clouds around the mountain this afternoon.
ReplyDeleteCoffee is on, and stay safe.
Happy to hear it.
DeleteVery broody! I like days like that.
ReplyDeleteI do too.
DeleteWow, they are dark moody clouds! Surprised you didn't get rain from them.
ReplyDeleteSo was I.
DeleteOminous. 🌫🌫🌫
ReplyDeleteYes it did look that way.
DeleteVery dark clouds over there
ReplyDeleteI love these kinds of dark clouds though. I don't see them too much during the Summer months.
