Favorite Picture of the Week
On Wednesday this massive dark cloud descended on my neighborhood. So I told Falcor we should go for a walk before the skies open and drench us.
While out there I started getting pelted with hail. It only lasted about 3 minutes and then it rained for a couple of minutes and the cloud moved on really fast. Sure looked like the further away it got the more rain was coming out of it though. With the look of that dark cloud I really expected it to pour and it didn't. lol

Love the photo of the hail - and glad you weren't caught in a humungous downpour.
ReplyDeleteThank you. I am too.
DeleteHail and ice are so scary! We have been below zero this week, very cold.
ReplyDeleteYes that is cold.
DeleteGlad you didn't get drenched. We just went through a huge storm that shut half the state down.
ReplyDeleteDang, glad you are ok.
DeleteMassive cloud! The view of it is quite scary!
ReplyDeleteIt was so big. I couldn't even fit all of it in the picture.
DeleteOminous looking cloud. We were getting hail and sleet this morning (after receiving almost 4 inches of rain yesterday)
ReplyDeleteWow, that's a lot of rain.
DeleteThat's some creepy looking storm cloud.
ReplyDeleteIt really was. But it moved on so fast.

DeleteI would have expected you to get more rain with that cloud too. My mom was hoping to beat the storm on her way up to Northern California and so far it looks like she has.
ReplyDeleteThat's good.
DeleteThat's quite the storm! It seems like we are in for some wild weather this week!
ReplyDeleteIt's really windy here right now too.
DeleteA cloud like that---I try to drive in the other direction!
ReplyDeleteI would have too.
DeleteDo you get hail very often?
ReplyDeleteNot too often.
DeleteGlad it was a mild one!
ReplyDeleteMe too.
