Clouds, Clouds and More clouds

Since I didn't receive any freebies or samples this week I thought I would just post a few cloud pictures today. It went from 60's F and cloudy to 78F and very sunny this week. Soon it will just stay sunny and hot for a few months.

One morning it was looking like rain and we did get a few sprinkles but it was just so cloudy. You can't even see the mountains.

It was nice and cool, cloudy and the sun was no where to be seen. My favorite kind of day.

The next day when the clouds had moved out, I spotted some snow on the mountains. I doubt I'll be seeing that again anytime soon.

  2. Wild to think the mountains got snow but you are just too low in elevation to get any.

  6. We've had a story few days here in South Texas, too. 3.5 inches of rain yesterday alone!

  7. In Vegas, it is a great treat to have cloud cover, rain and snow. :)

  8. As much as I don't love the cold, rainy winter out here - I do love winter clouds. They just kind of hang low in the trees and create cool, moody layers.
Enjoy before your heat comes back lol

  10. Some very dramatic clouds you've had! It's usually rainy over here in Cornwall this time of year, but we've had some pretty excellent weather this past week. Just dry enough to enjoy a few pockets of sun without overheating--lol!

  13. Having lived in that region, I know how rare a cloudy day can be (and when you get a couple back-to-back, it seems oppressive)

  16. Those are some cloudy days, especially when you couldn't even see the mountains and then there was some snow on them the next day.

    1. The mountains get covered by the clouds all the time, it's nice when it happens.

  17. Your cloud pictures are amazing!
It's cool how clouds can hide the mountains one day and reveal snow the next.

    Happy Sunday, Mary!
