Freebie Friday!

Welcome to another weekly Freebie Friday post, where I tell you what free samples and full sized products I received in the mail and how you can get them too. Someone asked me why I do a "Freebie Friday" each week, so I'll tell you.

A while back I listed all the free samples and wins that I had received that previous year and so many people didn't believe that I could have gotten so many free things. So I decided to prove it by taking a picture every week and sharing the sites that I found the links to the freebies at. So now you too can get great free samples coming to your mailbox each week.

You can find links to great samples at Hey It's Free and Freebie Shark.

This week I received:

Cocoavia Cardio Health pouches.

I received 4 single serve pouches of this chocolate flavored mix. You're supposed to add it to something like a smoothie and drink one a day to help with blood pressure and better health of your heart. I do have high blood pressure and these didn't seem to help with that but they did taste good.

Did you receive any freebies this week?

    1. Yeah, most things don't do what they say they will.

  2. I can't believe it's Friday again already! We did have a couple of fruity tea bags - not very nice, though.

  3. I'm sure a couple drinks won't make much difference anyway. At least they tasted good.

    1. Yeah, I think most over the counter things don't really live up to the hype they put out.

  4. That’s a nice freebie. It’s been awhile since I’ve gotten anything.

    1. Freebies are hard to come by these days.

  5. I think my late mother in law drank this from time to time. This may be something that takes time to work, and 4 pouches won't do it but nice that it tastes good and not bitter. Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com

    1. Just a sample to snag your attention and see if you will buy their product.

  6. Never heard of these but if they taste good and they are FREE, I am all in!

  7. Not bad. I am waiting for a coupon for 12 cans of brisk ice tea in the mail, it's taking its time.

  9. As long as it tasted good... I know health stuff can be helpful, but I wonder about powered stuff like that. Whatever works, right?

  10. Too bad it didn't work, but at least you didn't have to pay to find out.

  12. Well, they won't help you after one or two cups, LOL, it probably shows after a few weeks.

    1. I seriously doubt any of these over the counter things actually do any of what they say. The only thing that's going to bring down my BP is the prescription medication.

    2. Not necessarily, depends on the thing itself, I bought my mother Russian pills for better circulation and it not only lowered her blood pressure in two days, after she struggled with it for years, but it also made her feet warm (they were always cold due to bad circulation). But Ruskies make their medicines natural and herbal, not chemistry like in the West, so it does wonders. I myself cured myself from covid by using Japanese AHCC pills (you have them in USA as well) which are based on healthy shrooms and do wonders for immune system and easing cancer difficulties. I always trust nature over pharma.

  13. I wonder if you have to use the supplement for a while before it takes effect?

  14. I'm glad it tasted good! In my experience, healthy things usually taste bad. 😅

  15. It's something good, they were free, they tasted good and maybe taken regularly over a period of time might make a difference to a persons BP.

  16. I wonder how it's supposed to help the BP? At least it was tasty (and free)

    1. No idea. At least I got to try it for free.

  17. Maybe you're supposed to drink it on a regular basis for results? At least it tasted good. Best thing for BP is exercise and diet, but if that doesn't work medication is important. My husband has to take BP medicine.
