Saturday Vittles

 

My Daughter and I are trying to eat more healthy so I thought I would share some pictures on Saturday's of what we've made. Most pictures are from my daughter since she takes good food pics. lol

This night we had Rib Eye steak, salad and steamed broccoli. 

We split an 8oz Rib Eye because they are high in calories. The salad is just lettuce, tomato, cucumber and celery. I use regular Ranch because I don't like the taste of the light ranch. 

So this meal was 500 calories but 0 carbs.

  4. I don't do beef but a rack of baby back pork ribs would be good.

  5. Broccoli is the only cabbagy veggie my stomach tolerates, so I do love to eat it, usually in my rice.

  9. Looks good! I love broccoli with cheese sauce. Probably not very light in calories, though.

  10. I've been experimenting with salads this year---I personally love salad with a little feta cheese and blueberries.
