Favorite Song of the Week

I heard this song last week and loved it. But the violin really cinched this song for me. This song by Imminence is the first song from this band that I've heard but I really like it. I hope you enjoy it.

  1. Hi, Mary!

I enjoyed this 5.5 minute ride courtesy of Imminence, a metal and alternative rock band from Sweden. "Infectious," a song from their 2019 album Turn The Light On, has an "incubation period" at the beginning that lasts close to a minute and a half. After that, the band explodes in fury and we are treated to some of the best sound the metal world has to offer. The interesting arrangement also includes a quiet outro.

Thank you for introducing Imminence, dear friend Mary. Have a super Saturday and I'll see you again tomorrow!

  3. Well, it's rather noisy for my age. I love violin music , but I wasn't able to hear it here.
