Freebie Friday!

Welcome to another edition of Freebie Friday, where I tell you what free samples and full sized products I received in the mail and how you can get them too. Someone asked me why I do a "Freebie Friday" each week, so I'll tell you.

A while back I listed all the free samples and wins that I had received that previous year and so many people didn't believe that I could have gotten so many free things. So I decided to prove it by taking a picture every week and sharing the sites that I found the links to the freebies at. So now you too can get great free samples coming to your mailbox each week.

You can find links to great samples at Hey It's Free and Freebie Shark.

What did I get this week?

Peach and Lily sheet face mask.
Rituals overnight hand balm.

I knew it wouldn't be too long before I got another face mask. This one worked as well as most. Smelled pretty good and left my face feeling soft but that's all I get out of these face masks.

The Rituals overnight hand balm is a clear cream that smells so good and you're supposed to rub onto your hands before bed and sleep with it on. It rubs in really well and leaves a soft powder like feel on your hands. It didn't really help with my dry skin problem though. But I do smell good. lol

What freebies did you receive this week?

  3. Oh well, good thing they were free.

I got a stack of finished books from the publisher and some unexpected arcs from authors that I follow.
I got a free bag of bagels from the store this week which was great since its been a bit since I had a bagel.

    Have a great weekend, Mary!

  8. I love freebies - but where I am, there are very few. The closest I came was that I took a ride in an Uber and because of some promo code only paid 1 Riyal for it ($ equivalent is about 0.33cents) which was pretty cool since it was a long route.

  9. I got some magazines but nothing else. I like face masks but like you they really do much other than make my face soft.

    1. Yeah making my face soft isn't a good enough reason for wearing those masks and looking like I'm in a horror movie. lol

  10. I like good scented hand creams, but in the winter I need more of a moisturizing one than a smell good one. I'd save that for summer.

  11. I had a couple of surprise books show up at my house. I love how many freebies you seem to get. I haven't tried a face mask yet but they seem really popular.

  12. I get really dry skin on my hands and the only thing I've found that works wonders and doesn't make my hands feel all greasy for ages after applying is Garnier Hand Repair cream. I don't know if you have it in the US but it has maple extract or something and smells amazing as well as working a treat.
