Apartment Life #246

This is a weekly blog post that I'm calling Apartment Hell  Life. I've mentioned a few times some of the crazy things that go on in and around my apartment complex in the past 23 years that we've lived here and people keep telling me I should write a book. But instead of a book, I've decided to share the crazy things that have happened in and around my apartment complex in the last 23 years here in a weekly blog post.

Tuesday afternoon while I was out walking Falcor the police were talking to someone at the end of my courtyard and then handcuffed him and arrested him. They took him away in the police car and I haven't seen him back here since. He was one of the drug addicts that went to the drug apartment all the time but I have no idea why he was arrested.

----

For the past couple of weeks my daughter and I have noticed one of my neighbors has been hanging around with one of the female drug addicts that hang around the drug apartment. My dog has a really sensitive stomach so I routinely get up at 4 am with him so he can go to the bathroom and I saw my neighbor with this woman around the corner and they were hugging. My daughter spotted them around the corner and they were kissing. He kept peeking around the corner to see if anyone was coming...like his wife. Yeah, he's married and he's messing around with another woman.

---

Update on the off leash dog situation. I haven't seen the dog off leash again and haven't had to pull out my taser. So that's something good for the week.

So that's it for this week's Apartment Hell  Life! Be sure to come back next week for more.

  1. If you and your daughter have seen him - it is a pretty sure bet that his wife or someone who knows them both will too.
Hooray for the good thing in your week.

  4. The whole thing sounds more and more like a very bad soap opera plot...At least you have been free from the scary dog!

    1. I know. There's enough stuff going on around here to make for a very good soap opera.

  5. Good that you didn't have to break out the taser. And yeah, that guy's gonna get caught! Drama is coming.

  7. Yeah, I saw the police bring out a drunk guy who could barely walk--its kind of dramatic and exciting to see someone taken away(just sayin')

  8. I am glad that you didn't have any incidents with the off leash dog. Your neighbor sounds like he almost wants his wife to find out.

  15. Thank goodness you haven't has to tase the thing. And yikes with the playing around- that probably won't end well lol.

    1. I know. I didn't want to have to tase the dog. I was hoping that hearing the loud noise from it would scare it off if it came to it.

  16. You get up at 4am to assist Falcor? That's very disciplined of you! And yes, good that you didn't have to use the taser.

  17. You already know how I feel about the cheating thing, which is disrespectful to his wife. But it doesn't help that he's messing around with someone who's addicted, which is it's own set of problems. What a nightmare! Hope you're doing well! Hugs, RO

  18. He's taking a right risk messing about so close to home! Not the sharpest tool in the box!

  19. And he doesn't even go far to do his cheating. Real smart guy there.

    Take care, Mary.
