Favorite Picture of the Week

We tried a few new foods that my daughter found at the store. So I thought I would share them with you.

What we have are Pickled Brussels Sprouts
Pickled Quail Eggs
Pickled Asparagus

Now if you like pickles and/or pickled foods, you would probably like these items. I like most pickled vegetables so I thought these were pretty good. The pickled asparagus was probably the best thing though. You can tell from the half empty jars that we've been eating them. lol

Have you eaten any of these pickled foods?

  1. Two of those are not for me!
My wife saves the pickle juice from her dill pickles and then puts other veggies in to pickle them herself.

  2. I like pickles. My husband likes pickles and pickled eggs. But we've never had quail eggs in our area, just chicken eggs.

  3. I made a lot of pickled asparagus one year. There is something about pickling that takes me back.

  12. Hi Mary, I am not a fan of pickled products. The only pickles I ever buy are the Bick's sweet sliced ones but to be honest I rarely eat them.

  19. Oh no. I can't bear pickled stuff. Ever since I was kid, I thought it looked horrifying in a watery jar. Yikes! Haha sorry for the negative comment!! :)
