Favorite Halloween Candy

I posted a picture of some of my favorite Halloween candies but I know other might not be into all the chocolate. I can't imagine anyone not loving chocolate, but that's another story all together.

When I was Trick or Treating, I always wanted a lot of candy bars. Didn't matter what kind of candy bar it was because I liked them all.

My mom liked picking out some of the hard candy for herself and I did the same thing to my daughter when she got home with a huge load of candy at the end of the night, I think most parents do. They wait until the kid has gone to bed, coming down from the sugar rush and then go through the candy stash to pick out their favorites. Stashing them away for later.

*Don't look at me like that. You know you did it too.*

So what did you hope for when you went Trick or Treating?
Hard candy?
Sour candies?
Gummi candies?
Pixie Sticks?
Those weird homemade popcorn balls the old cat lady always made? lol

  1. LOL sneaking the candies. Love it. I'm a chocolate girl. I'm with you. I don't get the people who don't love it. It is perfection! ;) My favorite are the peanut butter cups and the snickers.

  2. I love 100 Grand bars so hard! this is the only time of the year I eat them. I also love to buy popcorn balls, that is sort of like candy :)

This year I am giving out giant pixy stix!

  3. Don't eat candy, so I' good

  4. Anything chocolate related for me :)

  5. Anna, me too. Anything chocolate is for me.

    Sharon, oh me too.

Pat, no candy? I think you're the first person I've met that doesn't eat candy.

    Keith, Me too.

  6. I've never gone trick or treating, but I'd probably go for the chocolate.

  7. We'll be in our new home in time for Hallowe'en — in a new neighbourhood, where we don;t know what to expect. It will be interesting.

    Blessings and Bear hugs!
