Favorite Picture of the Week
While I was walking the dog a little farther down the street I saw that there were more metal tree's and a metal bench in front of one of the metal tree's near the end of the street. I don't know why I find these metal tree's so darn funny.

WOW! I didn't notice that right away, but once you do, it's pretty neat! Hugs...
ReplyDeleteI take the dog for a walk in the morning along the bike path and there are a few of the metal tree's along it.
Deletehaha rather funny as humans try and pretend nature is around
ReplyDeleteIt is. It would have been better just to plant a few tree's.
DeleteI was going to say metal trees? But then I realize you live in Nevada
ReplyDeleteYep, we're strange here. lol
DeleteInteresting indeed. I hope you are well, warm greetings!
ReplyDeleteI'm doing good, thanks.
DeleteMary, I'm proud that you are getting out and about! The metal trees ARE bizarre, as it's obvious from the picture that it is possible to grow some trees and shrubs, or at least cactus!
ReplyDeleteThank you. This is right next to my apartment building and close to where I walk the dog. Those metal tree's are so strange. lol
DeleteHa, that is weird
ReplyDeletelol yes it is.
DeleteIt is kind of sad that there are more metal trees than real ones LOL! We have areas like that around here but thankfully we have a lot of real trees as well.
ReplyDeleteWe have a lot of real ones in the neighbors streets but on the bike path there are these. lol
DeleteGlad you found something to entertain you on your walk. :)
ReplyDelete~Jess
Thanks. :)
Deletelol I wonder how many will show up!
ReplyDeleteI dont know how many are along the entire bike path.
DeleteI have the same reaction when I saw the painted cow artwork in a city just west of us a few years back. I thought it was cool on a certain level, but my first reaction was to snicker.
ReplyDeleteThat sounds funny.
DeleteThose metal trees look funny indeed and how neat one of them has a bench too. I've never seen anything like that here.
ReplyDeleteFirst time I'd seen them was here too.
DeleteI saw some metal flax bushes and flower spikes in one of our local parks today. I wanted to jump off the bus and take photos. Maybe another day. I guess your local council feels they need to beautify the place.
ReplyDeleteI'd love to see them if you get another chance.
DeleteVery weird. Do they consider it art.
ReplyDeleteYeah, they put them in as part of the beautification project.
DeleteThis is baffling. Why would someone put fake trees?
ReplyDeleteBecause we live in the desert and they put them in as part of the beautification project.
