  20. Love the rat missing a leg! I had a hamster that needed a leg amputated once. It lived for another 18 months. It's amazing how quickly they adapt to it.

    1. Lucky was born that way. I got him for free because the pet store wouldn't sell him that way and he was going to be fed to a rat. One of the workers called my daughter and asked if I wanted him.
