Best Moments of 2022

In January I got free flowers from the neighbor next door when she got them delivered accidentally.

In February the mountains looked really cool lit up at sunrise.

In March I took a picture of my grandson and Falcor cuddling.

In April my daughter made Birria tacos and they were so good. She had a margarita with her dinner.

In May I was awake early enough one morning to catch this beautiful sunrise.

My daughter turned 31 years old in June.

Falcor got a new dog bed in July and he was so happy.

Book Mail in August. I love getting books in the mail and this one turned out to be really good.

By the end of September my daughter started decorating for Halloween.

In October Falcor had a panda costume he wasn't thrilled about.

In November my daughter made a crab boil for dinner and it was so good. I didn't have the potatoes in mine. But it was crab legs, potatoes, corn, eggs, shrimp and scallops.

I December (Actually November) lol I bought some colored lights for my Christmas tree instead of the white ones I had been using and I like how it came out.

I hope everyone had a nice year but if not, let's hope next year is better. Happy New Year.

    1. He's back to his old self. I just try to keep him from jumping too far or high so this doesn't happen again. Vet bills are outrageously high.

  4. What a neat idea - best of 2022 in pictures. What do you mean "she got them delivered accidentally"? did someone send her flowers by mistake, or did she order flowers and have them sent to herself by mistake? 😂

    1. The delivery person dropped them and another bag at her door. She didn't order them. She called the company but was told to just keep them.

  6. LOVE this so much Mary! Looks like a wonderful year of memories. I love seeing you and your daughter having a blast together. That is awesome, family is so important! I prefer white lights on green pine trees, but with white colored trees, I do think colored lights are the ticket! Its gorgeous! I hope your year in 2023 is amazing! Thanks for being such a great blogger friend :)

  10. Hi, Mary!

I have been on the road since 6 am Eastern time and just got home a short while ago. I'm glad I didn't miss this roundup of highlights from 2022.

This is the first time I have seen your grandson. Looks like he and Falcor are good buddies. That makes me happy. I enjoyed the pics of Falcor snug in his doggie bed and ready for Halloween dressed as a panda. I think this is also the first time I ever saw a picture of your daughter. She is a beautiful young woman. That sunrise is perhaps even more lovely than the sunsets you have posted. Your Yule tree is gorgeous!

Mary, thank you very much for another year of friendship. I am so glad we got connected through blogging, because we have loads in common. I wish you and your family all the best in the coming year, dear friend Mary!

  11. Great idea for a post, Mary. I enjoyed seeing all these photos. Your daughter is very pretty. Her age is exactly in the middle of my two daughters. The tacos look very yummy and that sunrise you caught was gorgeous. I hope your 2023 is a great one. Maybe you will even venture out a little further from home. Thanks for your blogger friendship over the years.

    Next day she'd get comfortable
