That's 3:00PM in Nevada? Awesome. I hope it was as cool (in temperature) as it looks.
ReplyDeleteIt was in the 80's. So cooler than most other days right now.
DeleteYes, hope it is cooling down now.
ReplyDeleteIt's in the 90's most days now. Cooler at night. Soon it will be in the 80's during the day.
DeleteNice photos and yes, the first one shows the day as dark, the second one more light. It appears to be a good path to walk Falcor and yourself along, Mary.
ReplyDeleteThank you. It's a nice, quiet path to go for a wlak.
DeleteNow that's the kind of ugly gray sky so we've had here now for five straight days. No Sunny glow, no beautiful Orange, just wet drizzle and yuck. It's now 55° in the daytime.
ReplyDeleteI love gray days like this one.
DeleteI love days like that!
ReplyDeleteI do too.
DeleteThat cloud cover over the mountains genuinely tricked the eye into thinking it was much later in the day. Falcor's walking path must give you a great view for catching skies like this, Mary.
ReplyDeleteGreetz, Diana

It looks much later in the day for sure. I love days like this one.
DeleteRain ahead, I think.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
No rain from this one for me.
DeleteOminous clouds
ReplyDeleteAnd yet no rain.
DeleteYou have ever-changing skies.
ReplyDeleteYes, they change all the time.
DeleteThat picture screams fall!
ReplyDeleteYes it does and the very next day, clear skies.
DeleteLooks like rain is coming. Great photos.
ReplyDeleteAnd yet we got no rain. lol
DeleteIt's been quite overcast here too, but I don't mind. I am glad to be getting some fall temperatures.
ReplyDeleteI wish it was like this all the time.
DeleteCool spooky sky! It’s supposed to be 90 in Irvine today ugh
ReplyDeleteIt's 90 today.
DeleteWe've been having the same type of weather here in Florida, too.
ReplyDeleteI love these kinds of days.
DeleteBeautiful photos, dear Mary!
ReplyDeleteThank you.
DeleteThat would be dark for us at 3pm and we are further north than you are. Makes me cold to look at that sky; hope it cooled you down some. Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com
ReplyDeleteIt was warm in the 80's that day.
DeleteNice sky captures, that sky looks so familiar to me. :)
ReplyDeleteThank you.
DeleteLed skies!
ReplyDeleteYes it was.
DeleteThat sky is shouting gloomy is here!
ReplyDeleteIt was.
DeleteWhich Mountain range?
ReplyDeleteMt Charleston.
DeleteGloomy day.
ReplyDeleteIt was.
DeleteLove the way the clouds cover the tops of the mountains.
ReplyDeleteI liked the way it looked too.
DeletePretty rainy here today. Methinks we're easing into Fall.
ReplyDeleteYes, it's still in the 90's here though.
DeleteGorgeous pictures.
ReplyDeleteThank you.
DeleteDark skies ...
ReplyDeleteNice photographs though.
All the best Jan
Thank you.
DeleteThose are my favorite kind of skies. My husband prefers the sunny ones though.
ReplyDeleteI love these kinds of days too.
DeleteI love overcast days! :D
ReplyDeleteMe too.
DeleteThose clouds look wonderful! You have a real knack for photography
ReplyDeleteThank you.
